New seat of the Centre for Documentation of the Art of Tadeusz Kantor was awarded this year’s the Grand Prix of Polityka Magazine Architectural Award!
The project Very Short Lessons is a series of drama workshops run by Tadeusz Kantor’s Cricot 2 Theatre actors. The actors will bring back Kantor’s achievements and at the same time present their own art and individual approach to his legacy.
Cricoteka invites you to the meeting with Wiesław Borowski, co-founder and director for many years of Foksal Gallery. The conversation will be led by Adam Mazur.
From 6th April 2015 Cricoteka will be presenting another part of a four-part exhibition dedicated to the art of Tadeusz Kantor.

The September workshops will be run by actors – Andrzej Wiełmiński with the participation of Teresa Wełmińska and Andrzej Kowalczyk (2-14 September 2013) and by Roman Siwulak (17-28 September 2013).
The inspiration for Boris Oicherman’s work is the Muzeum Migrujące [Migrating Museum] project carried out by Krakow’s Cricoteka, based on the concept of the ‘scattered museum’.
